What happens after I place my order online?

 

After your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If any of your items are out of stock or we are unable to process payment, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order. After your order is processed, we will notify you by email when your product is being delivered with the relevant tracking information. 

 

Assembly Service

 

BENVIAR STYLE product does not come pre-assembled. Some of our products may be delivered in several components to protect the item or to allow transportation during delivery. Most items only require very simple assembly.

Damaged Goods / Quality problem

 

BENVIAR STYLE is performing Quality Control checks at different stages during the production process. Unfortunately there is always a risk of small damage during final transportation/delivery. Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery and contact us via team@benviarstyle.com with good quality photos if there is any damage on the product before the courier leaves. We will send you the damaged or missing parts if there is any. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.

 

Returns Policy

 

We provide a return guarantee for furniture with mechanical or structural issues. You have to contact Benviar Style via email within 3 days of receipt of your order. Then, you should provide photos of the damaged goods as part of our quality assurance check. Please repack the items with care and with original packaging if possible. We will provide you with a repair or replacement service. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.
